IBO Foundation is an independent foundation, managed by a group of professionals from the private sector.

Ana Rodríguez

Graduated in hospitality and tourism, she has dedicated most of her professional career to training, as well as to the operation and management of restaurants and hotels.

Involved with Ibo for 6 years. She is currently in charge of the management of Fundación Ibo, as well as the other associated projects in Mozambique.

Abílio Fernandinho António

Chartered civil engineer with 10 years of technical and humanitarian experience in Mozambique. Infrastructure coordinator, specializing in WASH projects, civil works management, shelters, and emergency response.

Member of the Mozambique Association of Engineers.

Jhaklin do Rosário

She holds a degree in Human Resources Management and a postgraduate degree in Social Development and Civic Engagement from the University of Virginia. She has more than four years of experience in administrative and logistical support for social projects. She works at the Ibo Foundation as Gender and Community Development Coordinator.

Assimay Falume Machude

Community leader with 12 years at the Ibo Foundation. Specialist in coordinating social projects: nutrition, gender, child protection, and psychosocial support.

After Hurricane Kenneth, she coordinated the team of activists at Espacio Amigo de la Infancia, where she continues to work today.

Ancha Issufo

Originally from Nampula (Mozambique), she studied in Tanzania, where she earned a degree in Nutrition.

She has been the coordinator of the Nutritional Support Center (CANI) at the Ibo Foundation for five years. She leads programs for the detection, treatment, and monitoring of malnutrition, supervising education and training teams.

Miguel Joaquim Miguel

Head of education at the Ibo Foundation, trained at the University of Rovuma.

Educational manager specializing in inclusive education, emotional development, and social cohesion, with experience in peace projects, art, and community management.

Nordino Armando Maluata

Agricultural engineer from the Catholic University of Mozambique specializing in sustainability.

Implements rural extension, food security, and climate resilience programs, providing technical training and direct support to farming families in the region.

STAFF in Spain

Anahita Nassir

Graduated in Political Science, itinerary in International Relations by UAB. She has more than 14 years of experience in organizing activities. She is part of the administrative and financial structure of the Foundation.

Agustina Calaccio

Graduated in History and trained in the management of NGOs and other non-profit organizations. Since 2021, she has been monitoring and supporting Fundación IBO projects.

Glòria Tort

She holds a degree in Information Sciences, specializing in Advertising and RRPP from UAB. She is responsible for the Foundation's marketing and communications, a field in which she has more than 20 years' experience.
